• Obedience (Discipline) — “Power Word: Shield” shields and preventive healing. Best choice for PvP healer and very forgiving start.
• Light (Holy) — massive raid heal: “Renewal”, “Ring of Light”, “Prayer of Healing”.
• Darkness — damage from pillboxes and mind blast, plus a mana reserve for allies (“Hymn of Hope”).

Key mechanics

• “Dispel” - removing magic and diseases; in PvP this is your main benefit.
• “Mental control” is a rare, but very unpleasant tool in PvP.
• Power Word: Barrier is a strong defensive cooldown.

The Discipline Priest is the basis of the RMP and Shatter combinations. You not only heal, but also punish the enemy for mistakes: timely removal of control decides the arena.
